Green CO₂ plc is a national business specialising in providing certificates and guidance with regard to Energy Performance Services necessary under the 2007 government Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD).

We work closely with Local Government and a selection of professional services companies, including Financial Advisors, Property Agents, Developers and Solicitors. Due to the nature of our environmentally friendly services we also work alongside Housing Associations and companies involved with socially responsible housing initiatives.

Green CO₂ plc offers specialist consultation and project management for:

• Home Information Packs (HIPS)
• Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
• Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (CEPCs)
• Display Energy Certificates (DECs) for public sector buildings.

Established in 2005, Green CO₂ plc is committed to supporting environmental initiatives to reduce carbon emissions as well as providing the EPC assessors and logistical services required to implement Government legislation.

Green CO₂ plc is working to assess the new overall carbon footprint of the group with the aim of becoming wholly carbon neutral within 2008, bringing the original aim of the EPC back into focus.
