Refreshment Systems Ltd has over 40 years experience in the vending machine and refreshment industry.

We offer a wide machine range to our customers, from the large freestanding vending machines, to smaller “Starbucks” style machines.

 We also provide an extensive range of branded and non branded ingredients for machines, such as Kenco, PG Tips and Cadburys, and have a growing range of Fairtrade products and Sustainable Development products too.

Our Business to Business (B2B) team is primarily focused on work placed vending solutions. Operated vending is where our operatives stock and clean the machines and self managed vending systems is where the customer fills their own machines with ingredients purchased from direct from us. This team works with customers on sites with a large workforce to offer a variety of hot and cold drinks, snacks and food vending.

The HORECA (Hotels/ restaurants/ Catering) team is our specialised coffee service, working directly with customers such as Golf Clubs, Car Showrooms, Hotels and the catering industry. This team works with customers that sell coffee for a profit of offer hot drinks as part of a premium customer service.
