Description

The project is a small-scale hydro project located on the Wutuhe River in Guizhou Province, China. The total capacity of the project is 7.5MW, consisting of three 2.5MW turbines

The project promotes local development, decreases the environment pollution, and has bought employment opportunities for the area.

The installation of the hydro unit has lead to an improvement in road connectivity in the areas and an improvement in traffic condition. 

There is also an increase in the business opportunities for the local people in establishing small shops and allied activities.
